Portfolio contest for prospective Master’s students

Two Master’s degrees, a bespoke study plan, access to a well of global expertise, and boundless opportunities for studying, research, and work: the world is your oyster with ITMO University’s international Master’s programs. And this is not all good news: participating in our Portfolio contest for international prospective Master’s students gives you a one-off chance to be enrolled into one of these innovative Master’s programs with no admissions tests involved!

The contest is organized for prospective Master’s students who are fluent in English, have a Bachelor’s diploma (or will be completing their Bachelor’s degree this year) and want to enroll into one of ITMO’s international Master’s programs. To participate, you’ll need to complete the entry form located below, submitting it together with a filled-in application form (you can fill it in on your computer), a signed cover page of your portfolio (you need to print out this template, sign it, and scan it into the PDF format), your CV, motivation letter, recommendation letters, and all the documents which can serve as proof of your scientific, academic and non-academic achievements, from April 1 to June 14, 2024. All instructions on the format of the motivation letter and other documents you need to submit can be found on the template of the portfolio cover page. You’ll get extra points for each achievement, so the more certificates and diplomas you include in your application, and the more varied they are, the bigger are your chances to win the contest!

The judges will consider all the applications and award each participant a set of points. If your portfolio scores 100 points, you’ll be considered a winner of the competition and get admitted* into one of ITMO’s international Master’s programs without admission exams as a result. The final results will be announced after June 20, 2024.

*Please note that the contest is only meant for exam-free admission to the fee-based positions at ITMO’s cutting-edge International Master’s programs.
