International offices and departments

ITMO’s International Digital Humanities Center aims to develop projects that use computer algorithms to collect, analyze, interpret, and visualize data in the field of humanities. The center also is in charge of  the Digital Humanities Master’s program.

The Center’s key research areas include:

  • Corpus linguistics (semantic, stylometric, frequency analysis);
  • Digital technologies for cultural heritage;
  • Implementation of big data, machine learning, and AI methods in projects.
